物理工学専攻博士課程2年 高原規行君 iWOE-29 Best Presentation Award受賞

2023年10月15日～18日に韓国・釜山にて開催された 29th International Workshop on Oxide Electronics (iWOE-29) において、高原規行君（川﨑研究室D2）がBest Presentation Awardを受賞しました。本賞は、iWOE-29で行われたポスター発表において特に優れた発表を表彰するものです。
受賞の対象となった発表タイトルは "Nonreciprocal transport properties of GdTiO3/EuTiO3 heterostructures grown by gas-source MBE" です。
